An alternative way to end up at Thailand’s highest point, is climbing the mountain from Mae Win. Following a beautiful and quiet road from Mae Win to Doi Inthanon shows a different perspective on the climb. It is definitely not easier, and the final 16km to the summit are the same as on the main road. This trip leads you through magnificent parts of jungle, and has unforgettable views on the way!
